Announcement

It would be to your advantage to call the court BEFORE making a payment online.  Several options may be available to help you keep citations off your driving record and your charge MAY be eligible for a compliance dismissal.

Please be aware that not all violations may be paid online.  Some offenses will require your appearance in court or payment must be made in the Municipal Court clerk's office or by mail as additional paperwork will be required.

Payment of a fine online may result in a conviction and may appear on your driving record.  Warrants may take up to 72 hours to clear after payment has been posted.

If you are making a payment for a case that is scheduled for a Show Cause Hearing, proceeding with the payment you are waiving your right to the Show Cause Hearing and your right to appeal the case to the County Court at Law.  If your case is not already a conviction, waiving your right to this hearing will result in a final conviction and may be reported to your driving record.
